GearSwitchr is a peer-to-peer marketplace and does not directly process payments between users.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Nevertheless, no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
7. International Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years old to use GearSwitchr. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Do Not Track
The Service does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because no uniform standard for DNT has been adopted.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised version on the Site and update the "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective signifies acceptance.
